Wen Nannen, CFA founded Altira Partners in 2025 to address a critical gap in the market: the disconnect between sophisticated investment strategy and realized performance in insurance general accounts. With over two decades of experience built from within the industry - including as Chief Investment Officer of a Fortune 500 insurer - she possesses the unique insider credibility to translate complex plans into measurable financial results.
Her approach is not theoretical; it is battle-tested in the management of multi-billion dollar portfolios throughout market cycles. At Altira, she partners with insurers and asset managers to deploy the same disciplined, execution-focused framework that have consistently delivered value under pressure.

Wen holds an MS in Accountancy from Baruch College, CUNY, and a BA in Economics from Sun Yat-Sen University.
